With 25% of all young people ages 18 to 25 unemployed, Five 4 Five resolved to take action.

We have been working with youth for 9 years, helping them finish their education and get real jobs. The students we work with finish school and go on to meaningful work.

We have an 80% success rate.  

We may be able to help your young person, too. We have long specialized in at-risk students. Now, we are expanding to help families and students who are not at-risk. 

You can support Five 4 Five’s work by making a donation here.  Or you can hire us to consult with your teen or “new adult” to find focus and create a meaningful life and find meaningful work.   One session is often all it takes.

We call our organization Five 4 Five because we work in teams of five young people for five years.

We believe in capturing student interest in high school, aiding them through college and then guiding them into worthwhile jobs in their community once they have completed their degree.
